Mental Reset is a continual service that includes one 30-minute session each week for four weeks.

Your $30 monthly service fee covers all four weekly sessions during that period.

Before Your Session

Please be prepared to discuss the current challenges, patterns, or mental obstacles you would like to explore during your session.

Mental Reset sessions focus on helping you identify the mental blockages, influences, and patterns that may be slowing your progress.

Each session builds on the previous one, helping you gradually clear obstacles and strengthen your ability to move forward with greater clarity and direction.

You may schedule one session per week as part of your monthly service.
